Recently I was looking for a change in job.SO It became very usual to forward my resume to various companies and get the calls from them on my mobile phones in the office hours.SO one day I thought what would have happned to my job search if mobile was not there.In fact it would have become virtually impossible for me to search a good job(Thanks to the person who has invented mobile phone :-) ).
After a long thougth I came to one point that the use of the mobile phone has certainly increased the attrition rate of the compnies these days.So should these companies ban the use of the mobile phone in their campus and only allow the use of their official land line phone?.

More needs to be think on this point.
